4. Code ownership in contracted projects

This section applies only to projects actually contracted with Olivon (and not to the content of this institutional website, covered in section 3). Unless otherwise agreed in the commercial proposal, the source code developed specifically for the client's project is transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed amount. Third-party libraries, frameworks and tools used in development remain under their respective authors' licenses.

By filling in the contact or estimate form, or reaching out via WhatsApp or LinkedIn, you agree to provide truthful information. The use of the data collected is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the information on this website up to date and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will be free of errors or interruptions. Estimates and timelines shown in calculators or estimates are for information only and do not constitute a binding commercial proposal — the final amount is always defined in a formal proposal.
