This policy explains what data the Olivon website collects, what it is used for and what your rights are, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Who controls your data

The controller of the data processed by this website is Olivon, represented by Wesley R. Silva (OLIVON CONSULTORIA E ASSESSORIA LTDA, CNPJ 46.405.442/0001-19), based in Engenheiro Coelho, SP, Brazil.

2. Where the website collects data

Contact form (Contact page): the data you fill in is stored in the website's database (so we can follow up on the conversation) and sent by email to Olivon.

Estimate calculator: while you fill it in, your answers are saved only in your browser (so you don't lose what you have already filled in). When you click "Send estimate request" — after providing your contact details and accepting this policy — the request is stored in the website's database and sent by email to Olivon, and you can continue the conversation on WhatsApp. Conversations on WhatsApp or LinkedIn are also subject to the privacy policy of the respective service (WhatsApp/Meta or LinkedIn).

3. What data we collect

• In the contact form: name, email, subject, message and, optionally, WhatsApp/phone;
• In the estimate calculator: name, email, WhatsApp, optionally company and city/state, and the answers about the project (type, goal, features, situation, timeline and investment range);
• Your acceptance of this policy at the time of submission, as a record of your consent.

We do not collect sensitive data (Art. 5, II of the LGPD) or data from minors.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels when the website loads. When we enable an analytics tool (Plausible or Umami), it works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors — only aggregated numbers, such as how many people visited each page.

5. Legal basis and purpose of processing

Data submitted through the contact form and the estimate calculator is processed based on your consent (Art. 7, I of the LGPD), for the sole purpose of answering your message or estimate request and keeping in commercial contact about it.

6. Who we share data with

We use infrastructure providers to operate the website: Cloudflare (hosting, form processing and database storage) and Resend (delivery of the email with your message or estimate request). Access to the stored data is restricted to the Olivon team, with login. These providers access the data only to the extent necessary to provide the technical service and do not use it for their own purposes. As these services may process data outside Brazil, the international transfer takes place based on your consent and on these providers' contractual safeguards (Art. 33 of the LGPD).

7. How long we keep your data

Messages and estimate requests are kept while there is an ongoing or potential commercial relationship, and may be deleted at any time upon request, as described in section 8 below.

8. Your rights as a data subject

Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
• Correction of incomplete, outdated or inaccurate data;
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Portability of the data to another service provider;
• Withdrawal of consent and deletion of the data processed based on it;
• Information about who we share your data with.

9. How to exercise your rights

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website evolves — for example, when adding new forms or providers. The date at the top of this page always indicates the most recent version.
